March 7, 2019 1:48pm NEVER AGAIN. This was my first time eating at Tossed in Fort Lauderdale, Fl at the Galleria Mall and I... will never be back. As a first timer, you have questions ... when I got to the register to create my salad bowl I was interestedin, the women Reginale was being VERY impatient. Telling me I need to move over for another customer and the customer wasn?t infact ready to even order, so she assumed I was wasting others times because of my incisive decisions... when another employeecame up to her to ask for help on a order for the customer next to me when she was ready to order, The women gave her anattitude that was obvious to me and other customers, she rolled her eyes and started arguing with her fellow co-worker. I Feltunwelcomed after this altercation but decided to just finished my order and say nothing, the women is clearly having a bad daybut took it out on her customers and her fellow peer, Now when my order was complete the women, with no exaggeration SLAMMED mytray down on the counter and said nothing with a nasty grin on her face... then at 1:54pm she proceeded to the back room to geton her phone and leave her crew on the line with a somber mood that filled the whole room. Need to learn a little more about delivery. I ordered a salad today for delivery. Now I understand if I was eating on site that... my ingredients would be tossed together. However, when it's being delivered ingredients should NOT be tossed in dressing beforeyou receive it. My mango, croutons, and shaved Parmesan were soggy/mushy. Salad dressing should be delivered on the side toavoid this. Also, there were very few chopped tomatoes but overpowering cucumbers, 6 pieces of mango, and wilting lettuce in mybowl. I may give them another try but only if I am at the mall. Read more
