The ham and turkey is the most delicious and deserves 5 stars. I am not here to review their food . I am here to speak of the... the dissatisfaction with some employees that work at the Ft Lauderdale , Fl store. On Dec 21, 2021 I went to Honey Baked HamCompany Store located in Ft Lauderdale, Florida like I do every year. After I left the store while waiting at the red light Ireviewed my receipt and noticed I was charged for two sides of double cheddar macaroni. So in reality I paid $20 for a side ofmacoroni and cheese. I was halfway home and had no intention of going back in the chaotic traffic. So I called honeybaked ham inFt Lauderdale and they took down my name and phone number. They said a manager would call me. No one ever reached out to me toaddress this issue. Read more

When their stock is available, but only once we're they out in all our... years.The manager Mr Nelson, read my comment and sent us a nice card and a gift card for being out of stock that day. We boughtit the next week. For Thanksgiving and Christmas. I used to work in their call center in Sarasota, Fl in 1999. We always get theham by the slice, sandwiches through the year.. And when the Money is right, we will buy a Ham in the past, several times. Very,nice employees and a Great Manager. Thank You Mr Nelson. I love your employees. My grandparents decided to cancel Thanksgiving this year. They are in their 90s and it's just too much for them too host. I... decided to bring up a little Thanksgiving to them a few weeks early- only most places did not offer Turkey or sides untilTHANKSGIVING week boooooo! A friend suggested Honey Baked Ham and I'm glad she did. I got a ham, turkey and decides to get sidestoo because I'm all about 1 stop shopping to make my life easier. I did not see any reviews about sides so here it is: thebroccoli is fantastic! I should have ordered 2 because it went quickly. So was the Mac n cheese- my grandma wanted thirds! Update: so they actually sent me a gift card to correct the soul crushing bacon scandal. I went back and another lady was there... and she made my sandwich with love. I?m so happy right now. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!! That lady really stood behind that countersaw this bacon was burnt and crispy picked it up with her hands placed it on my sandwich and charged and sent me on my way hometo bite into it and ALL my feelings were hurt. Do you know the pain and heart ache I went through when I excitedly unwrapped thepaper and bit into it, just to be body slammed by the taste of over cooked pig. It does something to your soul?.
