Always put of something! I have giving this franchise an opportunity many times and every time they are out of something is... either no bread or out of chicken or some topping is always out of something. I suggest go to another franchise but this one. Read more

We often come to this subway because my daughter loves pretzels with sugar and cinnamon, unfortunately her attention is very... depressing, the people who work here are not happy, I have not received the best treatment on several occasions because I do notspeak English well. it is very unfortunate. I have overheard the manager Shasha treating her workers very poorly and it?s sad to see that, when the workers are very... hardworking and gives amazing customer service. Subway really need to consider finding a better manager who appreciates theirworkers. Read more

Lazy do nothing employees (03/27/22 4pm). 4 or5 employees doing anything but serving customers, people just walking away. Not... to mention how filthy everything is. After waiting for someone to take my order while two employees argued in the back I justfinally walked away. Read more

Ordered and paid throught the app for pickup. I stopped at 2 other places on the way. When I arrived, it wasnt made yet. The... sign said that for app orders I go to the pickup area where the cash register is. I notified them of my app order but kept beingskipped and told they will be right with me while lying and skipping me for all the customers in line making all theirs first.Made me mad after multiple lies that they will get right with me while being skipped more and more. I told them I will nevercome back again and they refused to do business with me again too. The line takes about 20 minutes. Read more

There were 7 people online the the associate came to me and said "just give me a minute" she went in the back for 4 minutes. As... I peered through the window she was on her phone. As a frequent customer, this is totally unacceptable for a franchise to be runthis way. It should not take me 20 minutes to get one fast food sandwich. Will not return. Read more

As most of you know, the turnover rate for service workers tends to be high so the situation at this Subway may have changed... since my last visit, but I still feet the need to share my experience in hopes of improving the quality of customer service. Mymost recent visit at this location was terrible. My friend and I were looking for a quick bite to eat and decided Subway was thebest choice although the employee on shift decided that it wasn't important to greet us or even stop what she was doing to takecare of us. After we hollered in order to grab her attention (she was in the middle of washing dishes), she just continued whatshe was doing and told us to hold on until she's finished. Needless to say, we ended up taking our business elsewhere. This isnothing major or detrimental BUT it's horrible customer service. Anyone in business knows that poor service can make or breakyou. For the love of God, please find people with better work ethic to run your store. Read more
