I can... honestly say that in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding area this Starbucks has the best customer service I?ve seen in many years. Associates/employees are friendly, caring, and seemed to actually enjoy their job. Upon arriving I noticed the store was empty and two staff members were stocking the dessert and food case. The barista... reluctantly came over, and asked what I wanted. I submitted my ordered, paid and walked away. Now, I?m a once in awhile clientbut I sure do enjoy a chai tea latte venti with better customer service especially that typical Starbucks fun energy. Instead hedelivers no eye contact, no fantastic Starbucks hello or even good bye, and no smile. Not even a thank you or have a nice day.Instead, it looked like he was unhappy and did not want to be there. I would suggest not hiring these types of workers as theyruin your brand. Read more
