I?m a Starbucks freak! My go to beverage is a Peach Green Tea Lemonade and for food it?s either a Banana Bread or Sausage Egg &... Cheese biscuit. My concerns with this location is the employees were not really pleasant, there was no peach flavoring, Ialways order my beverage with no ice but they made it with ice. Can you please teach the trainees that when you start brewing the coffee you really shouldn?t serve it until it is almost done.... I am literally drinking Octane right now! The best part I asked ?doesn?t that need to run for a bit? and she asked someoneelse, a team member who had the worst attitude I have ever seen in a Starbucks! And the woman looked at me rolled her eyes andsaid NO! So Casha when your training someone you should set a good example, ditch the attitude and make sure the coffee isbrewed enough to be served. Starbucks is starbucks. That being said the only thing you can really read about Starbucks is their level of service. And their... level of service today sucked. Now in full disclosure I am a new breeze delivery driver for this particular visit. All myreviews are in reference to my personal interaction with staff and presentation and 99.9% of the time I am the one who'sactually going to eat the order. But I just wanted to point out that the staff was less than pleasant and I got the distinctimpression that they really wanted nothing to do with me. I was actually cut off by one agent who just wanted to know if I waspicking up for Uber at which point you direct me away from her. The other gentleman couldn't care less and just handed me backas if I was a bother. At the end of the day the fact that the end customer wants Starbucks enough to get it delivered speaksvolumes about your product but if drivers don't want to keep coming back to pick up orders because the staff is rude then theend customer doesn't get their product and then they get dissatisfied.
