Absolutely terrible service! We drove 10 miles to go to this location and we arrived at 9:45pm. The store closes at 10pm and the... guy there didn?t want to take my order as he was closing. When I said that you guys close at 10pm, he was like ?OK?. He was ayoung guy who not only didn?t apologize for not being able to take my order but he was mean to me. Plain RUDE! Read more

I promise you this will be the slowest Starbucks service you will ever experience. It?s in Target so you would think it would be... fast. Been coming here for years and it?s never any different. Insanely slow and every time I come they are training someonenew. I really don?t get it and I don?t know why Starbucks hasn?t done something about it yet reviews are horrible fix thisplease!! The girl that works in the morning has a horrible attitude problem. She is incredibly unpleasant and rude. This store is... frequently under staffed , under stocked and filthy. I have dealt with it over and over again because of the convenience ofthis location. Today was the last day. I witnessed the same girl preparing food with her bare hands , while touching otherthings , including a trash can , and then going back to making the food. She had absolutely no regard for her food prep area orconsideration for food safety. She left and came back several times. NEVER washing her hands. Disgusting. Read more

Probably the least best service I've gotten at a Starbucks. I wish I got the girls name that is super friendly and helped me... with my baby one day. She's the only nice one. The rest are rude and look unkept. I only go to this location for conveniencewhile shopping. Read more

this morning my staff ordered coffee, for some odd reason it didn't taste or looked appealing so i called an complained to the... manager Antony and took all the coffee back. Met up with Antony right at the door and he took such a good care of us. At first iwanted to right a horrible review about the staff at Starbucks but Antony made us feel so good that what ever happened in themorning did not matter anymore to any of us. so the 5 stars is only for Antony excellent customer service and a very sincerepersonalty... what started as a bad experience turned out really good. - from Uma and Samantha thank you Antony we will returnto your store only because of how you handled the situation.!!! There are several things that could have gone better on my most recent visit here, but I think the biggest issue that could have... been resolved would be for some sort of manager or supervisor to actually be out watching over what is going on in his/her shop.There needs to be more that 1-2 people working between 3 and 4, or any time for that matter. It is completely senseless andinefficient to have one person trying to balance taking orders for an ever growing line and making their drinks, which might Iadd seemed to be too daunting to an obvious new trainee. Which is fine on their part. I understand if she had just recentlystarted and isn't completely aware of operational procedures or recipes, but management has to be aware of that and not letbusiness be handled improperly for this reason. All I heard from the two baristas (after one thankfully came in to help) was howterrible of a transition they were left with. Moral of the story: management needs to step their game up. They are the onesletting these sorts of experiences happen, and I highly doubt this is the first time something like this has happened. Part ofthe reason I gave two stars is because I know Starbucks is capable of greatness and having a good atmosphere with good customerservice. I've seen it at other locations. So this one needs to work on growing to that level. Read more
