After Olivia left, the drive-thru staff was not good. Olivia was great and knew how we liked our stuff. We've avoided this... location. Today, we were nearby and tried it, and Matt was excellent! Sold a cheese and fruits tray and the grapes and apples were old. Ask for a small cappuccino with soy milk and the coffee wads... all watery. They missed up my order and when I asked price difference , they responded around the same. I have been a regular inthis place but the last 3 times has been very bad. They are nice and quick service. The one problem I have is that when you order a coffee drink with several shots in it, it winds... up tasting like straight milk. When I order a flat white, only at this location does it taste like milk. Every other locationtastes like actual coffee. I have a feeling they are not making fresh coffee shots with new beans when a drink has multipleshots in it. It makes a big difference. If I wanted a big cup of warm milk I could make it at home. Visited this location for the first time, probably one of things that I liked the most was the outside sitting area. It seemed... very inviting and relax, plenty of natural shade provided by the nice trees. Staff was polite though they were very busy eventhough I visited on a Sunday late afternoon. Meaning on weekdays probably it is very, very busy. This is not the usual starbucksthat I visit but for sure will come back and sit on that area outside. ???? Read more
Very nice and friendly! They are always very busy, but the staff has been very efficient! If you want an indoor table in the... morning to get some work done on your laptop/tablet, be sure to get there earlier otherwise, you won?t find a table.
