I LOVE my Starbucks!! After a few hours on a flight and this mini layover- this coffee hit the spot! The lines were short and... our drinks were out FAST!!! Sadly there were no Madeline cookies but the marshmallow rice crispy treat was a satisfying runnerup. My cousin ate a pumpkin muffin with a cream cheese filling. She liked it. Thanks! Read more
The slowest and worst Starbucks you will ever go to. They could care less about anyone and their order. Waited in line for over... 20 minutes then my food never came out and i had to get a ride to my terminal since it was boarding. They move extremely slow-to the point it is just disrespectful. They definitely wanted people to just leave. Never thought Starbucks could be so poorlyrun like this. There is another starbucks further down, next to BurgerFi. It?s a walk but you could walk around that entireairport 3 times and still not get your order by then. Awful. Read more
Airport Starbucks can be hit or miss and this one is definitely a miss. Employees moving at a snail?s pace, calling out orders... randomly without names, and showing a total lack of attentiveness to customers. Obviously people still need their coffee, sothey?ll wait in line, but be prepared to wait anywhere from 30-50 minutes from arrival to receiving your order. Read more
I go to Starbucks for consistency but this particular branch provided a poor product. I ordered an 8 oz latte. The server said... they had no 8 oz cups. She did not offer to make me one in a bigger cup. I said: Fine. I'll order a 12 oz latte but just fillout 2/3 full. She agreed but did not tell the person making the coffee so it came out too weak and milky. I had to board so Icould not complain and get a replacement. The impression I got was total lack of care. I rarely do reviews but jeez, I had to here. The staff here is forced to be friendly. They will greet you when you walk in but... their tone says it all. I ordered something I order every day: quad shot on ice, pretty straight forward. I?m pretty easy goingso when she argued with me, I just backed off and asked for the cup she made. She cut me off and wouldn?t even give me the cup.She kept going on and on about how many times she pressed the espresso button.
