I went there today and wanted a Dragon fruit refresher with lemonade. I was told the same thing ALL week - 'We do not have any... of the refreshers or lemonade. Would you like an apple juice? So I ordered (#669025) a frappuccino, coconut bar and animpossible sandwich. I asked for a receipt. The cashier told me that they have no receipt paper and 'the struggle is real'. Since this news came out that Starbucks is accepting reusable cups again, I've been denied each and every time (about 5 plus... times) I've asked to use my reusable cup. So much for reducing waste. Customers don't ask to bring in cups as it is. Read more

This is my 2nd time at this location. I come from Orlando for work and stay at the Sheraton which is within walking distance. I... order on the app and pick up. This morning I placed an order at 5:04. The order was ready when I got there however I got nogreeting, no response when I said thank you. I also ordered a toasted white mocha which is supposed to come with whipped creamand candy sprinkles and all it had was foam. Very disappointing since I was likely one of their first orders, so they were notslammed busy, and while I'm willing to pay the prices they charge, I also expect to get what I order for that price. Verydisappointing experience. They definitely need to work on their people skills and getting customer orders right. A $7 coffeeshould be perfect, and a "Good morning, have a nice day" wouldn't kill them. Read more
