We waited in the baggage claim area for 5 hours because we arrived off a cruise and couldn?t check into tsa early. So we went... and got some coffee and it tasted delicious. A bit of a wait on the drinks but I understand it?s busy and the only options forfood/coffee here are Starbucks or great American bagel and they only have hot coffee- no specialty drinks. Read more

I went here to eat and drink something when I will take a flight to Montreal QC soon, I ordered a rice krispies bar and a cup of... milk, my price of this purchase here is very good, also the cleanliness of this place is excellent and the personnel workinghere is very respectful, friendly and welcoming. This place is probably the worst of all the airport Starbucks.They cant handle the volume and they seem clueless. The people... that work in these high volume spots need to be trained better. I would also suggest to make the stores larger. Definitely poorplanning. Read more
The lady who made my coffee was very rude! She didn?t Have a name tag. Only after they made my coffee they told me they don?t... have whipped cream and it cost extra to have caramel syrup at the bottom of the cup. Read more

The Starbucks in Terminal B gate area is usually spot on but today I received a cold breakfast sandwich and when it took it back... to be reheated, the bacon and bread were horribly overdone. They took forever to do it too. Read more
