I come here often and never had an issue. Today when I got my order as I was leaving with my hands full with 2 smoothies and my... kids one smoothie fell out my hand when I opened the door. So I asked if I can have it remade and the lady at the cashier whodidn?t make my order said I would have to purchase another one at full price because they take inventory on all of theirproducts??? Great smoothie but i stopped by there at 3:10ish pm, the two ladies working there on 8/2/22 looked like they don?t like what... they are doing. Doesn?t make you feel welcome and making you feel like you?re bothering them for ordering. I came in and stoodat the counter for a minute no greetings and completely ignored. Then finally asked what I want by a young lady with long braidswith her nasty attitude and tone. If you hate your job, quit and find something else! Read more

Young lady taking order decided to take call on her cell phone and begin yelling at whoever on the other end of the phone all... kinds of obcenities and foul words while comers stand around and look at each other in disbelief. So the staff here are all amazing. They are sooo friendly and they always do a great job. And there very pleasant and always... remember my order. The only down side is the fact that I?ve been coming here for years and the AC is ALWAYS broken. The staffshouldn?t have to endure the lack of cold air. They work hard enough. The owners need to step up and pay for a new AC unit. It?salways so hot in here. If not for the heat I would have given 5 stars. Make sure your staff is comfortable. Read more
I have been a customer of this Smoothie King for some time now and they are very good. Sometimes they are understaffed for when... there is an unexpected rush so it's usually a good idea to order ahead if you are able. Great hours to compete with the Dunkinnext door in the early mornings. Great healthy options here. Read more
