The line was pretty long but moving. Customer Service was rather rude when asking the cashier questions about the menu. We... ordered lemonade with light ice. It came full of ice. The hot dogs are 100% beef. It didn't come on a hot dog bun. They usedhamburger buns to replace hot dog buns. The 100% Angus Burger we're juicy. This might possibly be the worst shake shack ever!! Don?t be mistaken the food itself is great, but the costumer service at the... FLL airport is from HELL, from the cook to the Cashier, they show no respect, and extremely rude, they especially don?t listen!!They are supposed to give airport employees discount I mean it?s not much, but they do no such thing, and rude about its whenmentioned. You ask for no cheese, burger has cheese, u ask for light sauce, the burger is full with sauce, when mentioned theemployees gets upset at you! saying they are not changing it or making a new one. The reviews about the lazy and unpleasant staff is true. The lady taking my order just about fell asleep over her register as... she took my order. It was quite awkward to say the least. If I was an owner of this restaurant, I would immediately remove herand others running the place from the team. She is not what you would want the face of your business to be. I still give thisplace a solid 4 of 5 stars simply because the food is amazing. This place served me one of the best burgers I've had in mylife. The fries were fresh and great too. Read more
Are the employees disgruntled? Yes they are. But is the food just as good as every other shake shack? It certainly is! What a... delight to eat this burger right before my flight back home. My only ?beef? is that I ordered two double cheeseburgers. Theymade one and forgot the other. The finished burger sat under the lamp for 6 minutes while they cooked the other one. A 45 minute line. I waited an additional 20 minutes after my food came out for a shake. Asked an employee if it was the shake... sitting on the back on the counter, I was told ?they were working on it? watched 5 employees stand and chit chat in the back, 15minutes later I asked again after being ignored by two other staff and they walked back there and grabbed the shake that hadbeen sitting on the counter the entire time. Now melted and warm. Our burger orders were incorrect as well, not what one wouldexpect after paying $40 for a takeout lunch. Read more
