The burgers are Sooo Good. If they had better straws i would give it 5 stars... burgers and fries are delicious, I personally... don't like the shack sauce but my bf does, we always get double burgers and share a fries and bring our own drinks and have cardates lol. We tried the shakes once and it was the only bad experience but only because the straws break so easily. Thestrawberry Shake was good, my bf had the chocolate which he loved but it was too rich for my taste. I'm more of a wendys frostytype of chocolate lover lol. I never thought I would say it, but the paper straws everyone hated from McDonald's was betterthan the straws they give you here. We couldn't even drink our shakes from them. Give them a try tho. I def recommend theburgers.. double if you like meat and the fries are nice. Ask for ketchup if you need it, and ENJOY, because we sure do, likeEvery other week. Read more
My first time eating here the cashier was rude and worthless absolutely no personality. The server was great explaining the set... up the burger was so good and it's worth the price. I appreciate the reply from owner maybe have your cashier explain the setup to people that haven't been there before. My first time at Shake Shack and I'm glad I came to this location. The manager had a delightful disposition and was very... attentive. The food was also delicious. We had chicken bites and chicken sandwiches. Everything was great. Inside was also veryclean and had alot of natural light which was a nice addition. I will definitely come back again. Read more
Simply delicious! We are not from USA so everytime we come to USA. It is a must! Love the shack burger and their signature fries... with cheese. Oh! Don?t forget to order the milkshake! It has lots of calories but it?s still worth it! Read more

The good: food was tasty, service was friendly, the place was clean! The not so good: again as to be expected with the... pandemic, the service was very very slow. The food was warm , not hot and not cold. Overall it was a reasonably goodexperience. The manager was running food and helping at the register which was nice to see?.. she cared. Read more
