Of course Popeyes is Popeyes. The lines were very long and moved very slow. I got food for my daughters and only a biscuit for... myself. This location did not let me down. Food was hot and fresh. Read more

The customer service was ok, but the food was horrible. First I ask for dark meat spicy said I would wait but would like fresh... chicken. They said okay no problem I get my food its mild and I hate they mild chicken. I rather eat Kentucky if I'm going toeat mild anyway went back through he drive through explained the chicken was not fresh nor was it spicy. They took the chickenback ask me if I mind waiting 5 minutes on mild, I express to them no I don't like mild but I would wait for spicy they saidokay its coming up waited for at least 8 minutes for them to drop old chicken back into the grease re-cook it to long and bringme back hard burnt chicken that dam near broke my teeth. Ridiculous, like just give people what they pay for Popeyes is toexpensive to get anything less than what you ordered. This was management like what a waste of my time and money will never goback again. Read more

The food from this location is consistently poor, often burnt and dried out, clearly not fresh and bordering on unsafe to eat.... On top of that the employees working there insist that you drive your car out of the drive through to wait in a separatelocation for your food. I have waited upwards of 20 min while others go through the line and get their food immediately. I alsoget the wrong items or completely missing items on both occasions I've gone. 3 times specified classic chicken sandwich, one ofthe most ordered items on your menu but I have yet to receive this item correctly. I have nothing against Popeyes, love thefood and the location in North miami is great, but this place should be removed. Fast food is about convenience but there isnothing convenient about driving back multiple times just to get what was paid for. And how the heck do you run out of ketchuptwice? Someone with some authority please go put these guys in check I'm embarrassed to live in a city where work ethic likethis is deemed acceptable. You prepare food, at least pretend to take the job seriously. Read more

Came in the drive-through and Joseph took my order in a rude manner and tone not sure why they?re placing people on the speaker... who is not professional or carry any mannerisms to talk to people. I simply wanted (2) orders of a 5 piece 2 can dine, towardsthe end I notified him that I had a code for the order as well. He rudely cut me off to exclaim ?why did I not notify him thisin the beginning?? Dismissing me as if I destroyed his entire life, and quickly removed my order and told me drive up so I canplace my order AGAIN ? I just wanted to buy chicken I?m not sure what the issue is with Joseph and why he felt to give me suchan attitude as if there is no consequences behind it. That?s the problem with people like Joseph they ruin franchises and theyget a job that they don?t like and then they talk to customers any type of way and then you?re forced to write a review toprevent things like this bc no one cares .. for management purpose Joseph description black male, long dreads, thin and looksabout 5?6-5?7 just in case I was given a false name..
