This place is horrible, starting with service! Went through the drive-thru last night and ordered a kids tropi-chop! I asked... for cilantro and she said they were out of it, ok, then she gave me my order. I said my cookie isn?t in here she stated we areout of cookies! I said didn?t get my water either don?t have any! However still charged me for full meal! When I askedabout a credit she stated they don?t do credits and only give the other items when thy have! I ordered my food and rice puddim as dessert from this Pollo Tropical store. When I opened the rice puddim, I noticed something... different in its consistent. After I tasted it the rice pudding was spoilt. I looked at the expiration date and it was saying"Best by May 2nd 2022". The milk was curdled. Read more
The place was a complete mess, i wish i can give them more stars but, the chicken was burnt. If you work in a food... establishment and you have a burnt protein please don?t serve it. The place was empty, I understand if the place is crowded andeveryone is running but this wasn?t the case. Pollo tropical in general is a good restaurant, but the staff really made thisplace a mess. The most rude managers that treat delivery drivers like we are trash and make us late by ignoring us until we ask multiple times... to make orders that should have been ready 20+ minutes ago. It is always like this at this restaurant and the bathroom I haveseen small roaches and the sauce bar is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. And this is not the worst I've ever seen it it isso disgustingand you can see debris inside all of the sauces like lids and other utensils that people just threw inside thesauces. Food was good and my son enjoyed what we ordered. Cost was good too. Not expensive. See updated review. I purchased food here... yesterday for me and my son. The tropichop was fine as always. I ordered the chicken BLT sandwich for myself. Worst mistake Iever made! Chicken itself was burnt an hard. The outer crunch part was disgusting and when I didn't even get a bite of chickenI looked at the sandwich and the chicken didn't even have the crun hy part on it. See the photos below.
