I find that I get higher quality and better tasting meats and veggies here than I do at many full service restaurants. It's as... far from fast food as I've had that is still quite fast. The slow cooked pork is phenomenal time and time again and you get alot of food. Read more

Why it takes forever to receive your food or it takes a long time for someone to ring you up. Stop hiring ghetto people and rude... cashiers. No respect for the food handling they just throw the bag at you and get mad when you asked for any sauce. Read more

The food is always delicious and the drive through was fast and accurate. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich had this amazing mayo on... it. The Cheesy Yucca Bites were hot and fresh. All around great experience! Yummy!! Read more

"Customer Service" does NOT exist at this location. I waited in line for more than 20 minutes with no acknowledgement by their... staff. Sadly, there were two customers ahead of me who had already ordered and had been waiting for 20+ minutes. When themanager finally took my order, she was unprofessional, impatient, as if I was preventing her from doing something moreimportant. To top it off, I received no dinner rolls, chicken was cold, and sauces weren't available. This entire store's staffneeds to be professionally trained including management who is responsible in most cases to on-board new hires with basichospitality training. Profanity is explicitly expressed by employees in front of customers and there's no reprimand for theunacceptable, unprofessional behavior. Employees did more talking about personal business than focusing on service to customers,and no one was guiding the ship. The so-called manager was obviously asleep at the wheel, or recently promoted and couldn'tseparate business from friendships as she stood by and provided no direction. Sad, there was a lot of hope for this locationwhen it was built. Perhaps the ownership or corporate office needs to focus on training and hiring managers with degrees inhospitality so they're qualified to actually lead teams in customer/guests services. Read more

Let me start off by saying that the drive thru line was way too long for them to be inside talking talking talking! I had to go... inside. Now, the cashier was nice BUT the manager was very rude to her! I may not know Spanish 100% but the other short Hispaniclady in the back was talking about the poor girl and even called her ?loco? while speaking to the manager. When it came tomaking my order instead of the manager showing the girl how to fix the food correctly, she was loud talking her in front ofeveryone. The manger is very rude, doesn?t speak to anyone unless you speak Spanish she even got rude with a potential customerthe lady walked out upset and didn?t want to order anymore & even a guy standing behind her! I was not pleased with how driedout the food was & the cross contamination of the glove usage! Fire that manager! Read more

It is rare that I give bad experiences, but this one was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I made an online order... for this establishment because it's more convenient than waiting in the long lines for more than an hour on my break. So Iordered a good amount of food and when I got to the restaurant the food was ready, but something told me to check my bags. WhenI peered inside the bag my kids meal was missing its side and drink as well as the cookie. In its place was a piece of grilledchicken in a clear plastic container.I kept calm because I know mistakes can be made. So the manager gave me strawberry lemonadesince they did not have apple juice, and gave me the fries for the kids meal- didn't get the cookie though. I also would like topoint out that the extra crispy chicken I ordered for my tropichop they gave it to me in a container you serve the beans in. Whynot put it in my tropichop?Anyways I went on my way after that, but when I got back to work to share out all the food. Therewas a long piece of hair in one of the tropi chops, and the tostones I ordered for my child was as hard as a rock and it tastedlike card board. So I decided to return all but one order because the person had already started eating it. I mean we werestarving but, I saw that hair and didn't want the food anymore. So I went to the store to get a refund and the manager tells meno because I made the order online. So, I need to know where do I retrieve my refund? Because I do not see a way to get itonline and coporate isn't answering there phones it just goes straight to voicemail. Please assist me!
