For a place to not be that busy, there were an awful lot of dirty tables. They guy at the register wasn't to eager to talk about... the menu or specials, which would have helped pick out order faster. Food was pretty good. Love the counter cookie and refreshertea. Read more
If an option I'd select 0 stars.I hadn't been here in awhile because they are overpriced and slow but decided to stop and get a... bagel. Nothing has changed. Nearly $4 for a bagel and a tiny container of generic cream cheese you apply yourself.This locationis horribly ran. Store is never busy, plenty of employees roaming around. Overpriced food $13 for a bread sandwich no thanks.One employee who's been there awhile always appears sedated works the registers and she has an attitude, put her in the back orsomething. I find it hilarious they also expect tips on top of their outrageous pricing, dirty dining room and horrible service.The location up the street isn't much better. I hadn't eaten Panera in over a year but I'm glad I did. I almost forgot that it was so good. They even gave me a free treat... for my birthday. Try the new chicken sandwich. Read more

The cashier was friendly, efficient and professional. My order was taken promptly. Short wait for them to get my order to me.... The only reason for four stars and not five was the dining area was a little messy. The tables and seating area needed to becleaned. Read more
Don't judge a place based on staff, avoid Tammy. Different staff work at different times, I visited on a weekday in the early... morning. Beautiful establishment inside and out. Quiet and tranquil. Great and friendly staff. High quality, and premium taste,but not over priced! If you don't have a Panera bread nearby it's worth going the extra mile, because they go the extra mile tobring you the best. Wide verity of dishes, better than Starbucks and Dunkin donuts by far. This location needs a renovation. From the seats being torn, tables dirty. It was the end of the night so less was being done,... but the whole atmosphere was very drab and dark. Panera Bread make it more presentable for patrons! Read more
