As a former employee of this location I truly feel for these employees. This review is in hope to get to the higher ups in... corporate to let you know the way this store is being run isn?t good for the employees or the company. They don?t even have thebodies to take care of the customers that are trying to eat here. There were people in line leaving going to other placesbecause the line is so long, there?s one person taking orders one person making food and that?s it! They were out of coffee, allof the containers were empty on the floor, no creamer, the espresso machine was broken. One employee who had on a manager shirtoffered to fill one guys cup in the back while it brewed, but when other customers asked for the same thing he replies ? oh I?mworking on catering I can?t be getting coffee for all of you.? . All around understaffed and the staff that did show up is overworker and spread thin! The cashier was still continuing to check her phone and touch money with the same glove she was touchingfood with. It looked like two managers in place of doing all the line preparing and catering with one employee on the register,cant service customers this way. I went to Starbucks down the street unfortunately because my mom prefers paneras coffee andthey had plenty of staff waiting to help customers ! For a Saturday morning during season this is unacceptable. When I use towork here we had 5x the staff on the floor Please do better for your staff and customers sake. Read more
Service was ridiculous. Two people working the counter and they were too busy talking to each other and texting on their phones... to acknowledge someone trying to get help. Finally when they answered me, they told me they could not help me and directed me tothe kitchen (10 feet away). Poor service and a huge letdown for Panera Bread. Read more
I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the bathroom?. The floor all sticky. Watch out you will get stuck inside the bathroom
I don't know what's happened to Panera bread but they screwed up a Door Dash order a few weeks ago and said I could come in a... get a complimentary meal to compensate for their mistake. I went in today & apparently they're experiencing a big turnover &manager was no longer there & they offered me a pastry instead! I tried to order a soup in breadbowl with a sandwich & theydidn't have breadbowls. So I ordered a soup & sandwich and sandwich was about the size of McDonalds chicken sandwich for $3-4and I paid $10+ and with the soup, my order came to $20! Terrible experience. If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a apple Fuji salad over the phone only to find out when I got... there that my order never went through because no one ASKED for my payment over the phone. I then had to RE order and wait forit once I got there. Had asked for extra apple crisps, RECEIVED NO apple crisp at all. Asked for extra apple Fuji dressing andreceived THE WRONG DRESSING. Can?t believe it but guess you can mess up a turkey sandwich. Asked for no tomato?s and onion. Got onions still. Which we all... know red onions leave there taste. And I only got Mayo on one sandwich and the Spicy mustard on the other when both are supposedto have both on it and the amount of condiments was a joke. Very disappointed in y?all. They were slow too. No one was in therebut three people. They were cleaning and still messed up a simple order. Sad!!! Don?t represent Panera bread well at all!
