Food was as expected, but the service was slow and surly, and the dining area was filthy. There were very few tables that didn't... have trash and spills on them. It wasn't busy, but I never saw any employee come out to check on tables and clean them. Thecustomers who left the trash were rude, but employees should be keeping an eye on the dining area instead of joking around somuch on the back. Read more
By far Thee nastiest employees around. I witnessed 3 employees return from outside and not one of them washed their hands.... Disgusting back of the house with food on floor and debris as well. Don't wait around to be greeted LOL whenever they decide tocome over from the DT they will. With a nasty attitude and not so much as a hello! Even after you greet them. Went into the store because the drive thru was very busy. This store has a terminal in the front where you can order and pay... for your food. All I ordered was some chicken nuggets and a shake. It took 10 minutes for the food to come out, as it lookedlike only 1 person working the register. Technology is great, but I would have much rather ordered with a real person. Read more
Quarter pounder burger patty was dry, nuggets tasted weird. Coffee was undrinkable, I tossed it out after one terrible sip. I... usually love McDonald's but this was an unusually bad meal, made worse by the crazy 13 bucks I spent. Read more
This is the second time I've gone into this McDonald's and I waited to write a review. The first time I ordered at the desk... with an employee and it took a very long time to receive my food when the restaurant and drive thru were empty. The staff werejoking around in the back and i could hear them from the restaurant. Then, I just went today and used the self service kioskwhich I paid at and never received a receipt with a number. Then, as I stand there for about 20 minutes I relized myself andthe man in front of me are not receiving our food. The orders never went through but we were charged for both of us. When Ibrought it up the manager seemed very lovely and accommodating but the the staff were inexperienced and needed her assistancealot. Read more

Somebody bought me a sandwich and i was waiting on mine well done.. Obviously the management are hater ..Would give me my... food..and called the police on me even though the cops never came somebody felt so bad for me he bought my food again..and themanagement still wouldn't give me my sandwhich ..so the man had to get it from her and give it to me..Horrible experience Read more
