1) "we charge for water" (proceeds to charge me for extra sauce packets and the water came up free) 2) I ordered a small iced... coffee, black. I got hot coffee with cream and sugar. I told her "sorry, it was supposed to be iced" and turned around to tendto my kid, she handed me a small iced coffee with cream and sugar. Absolutely horrible. Gave me the wrong food. The receipt tapped to bag had what I ordered but when I got home wrong food. I... walked all the way back and what P****** me off was no apology. Basically they asked me slight rudely, you didn't order this. Isaid no I ordered what the receipt on the bag says and that's not what's in the bag. My fault for not checking. Read more

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever visited, all the staff including the manager was very rude Especially the manager when... I asked her why both the lady and gentleman's bathrooms were closed. The worst McDonald's drive thru in the area. Our order was incomplete. When we returned for the missing item the Assistant... Manager offered no apology and acted like I did something wrong! She came off with an attitude. We just wanted a completebreakfast. Stay away from this place! Read more
