I waited for their system to reboot for 20 minutes in the drive thru, which wasn't their fault. But then, I was provided cold... fries ???? I only ordered fries and they were cold and disgusting. I was pretty disappointed and I was to tired to go backafter a long day. Not worth returning to that location. Do better! Read more
Ordered food at 4:30 am in drive thru, girl couldn't understand what we were ordering, comes to find out she's playing with her... phone, pull up to the window and had us there 5 minutes waiting because she was on phone, gets mad because i asked her whatwindow i had to go to since she wasn't taking our money... horrible service! Absolute horrible service and rude staff. After standing at the counter for 8 minutes being ignored I thought maybe I had to... order at the kiosk which I did. Then after seeing people that came in after me ordering and picking up from the register I tookmy slip to the counter and handed to the 3 teenagers who were at the same register giggling and laughing. The one girl then goesto the screen and tells the people in the back to make the order that had been sitting on the screen and expected me to pay andcontinue to wait for lord knows how long. I informed them that since I've been there over 15 minutes waiting for service I'd payfor my order once it was ready, they went and got the manager who I explained the situation to and I overheard her tell them notto make my order and that she was clearing it off the screen. So I walked across to Marina Mile Pizza to which I'm greeted witha smile and hello as soon as I walk through the door, my order was taken promptly and the workers were so friendly. Every time Istay at the Best Western on State road I'll be frequenting Marina Mile Pizza! I'll never waste my time at the McDonald's again. Read more
You can order from the McDonald's app, even at night time, but they only accept orders from the door dash at night! When I drove... up to pick it up, they was told me don't serve food except from the door dash, which was a waste of driving! In that case, theyshould at the very least not accept orders. Read more

I use the "Buy one breakfast sandwich, get one for $0.01" app coupon frequently whenever I'm passing here. Orders always come... out quick and hot. I've never waited more than 5 minutes. The drive thru is usually busy, so it's faster to just park andpick-up at the counter. Read more
The quality of the food in this place is out of your mind. Last time there was a total nightmare; the French Fries had a sour... taste and appeared old. Also, I requested a fish sandwich which I could not eat because the fish seemed to be old, either, andthe taste was horrible. The Soda in this place was only ice and water, and the flavor It was at 25% only. I DO NOT RECOMMENDthis place. Read more
