Walking in, we did not have any expectations. However, the restaurant is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Our waiter,... Christian, made sure we were comfortable and made us feel at home. We only came to order the butter cake and it. did. not.disappoint. Wow. I mean. My fiancé doesn’t care too much for dessert and he almost ate the entire thing. It was the bestdessert we’ve ever had. My husband took me to Mastro's for my birthday dinner and I was exceptionally pleased with the experience and that says a lot,... because I'm very picky. I appreciated the nice touch of a birthday greeting with my name on the menu ????????. Our waitress,Mercy, was nice and attentive. The bussers and servers were nice also, one young man even offered to take our photo. Mostimportantly the food was DEVINE! My husband's steak was ordered medium well but was sooooo moist and delicious, even the nextday after warming leftovers. KUDOS to the kitchen team????????? I am so tired of going to upscale restaurants paying hundreds ofdollars for subpar food, especialliy in Miami (no shade lol). Mastro's exceeded every expectation. My only suggestion is to add1 or 2 more non-seafood items to the appetizer/starter menu for those who do not eat/like seafood.
