I had to come back and update my review from a 4 to a 5 star now that there are new owners. The previous owner was great and... friendly, but the new owners kicked it up a notch with the food. So I called in my order so I can pick it up and be ready to go. They said it would take approximately 10 minutes for the order... to be filled. I got there approximately 10 to 12 minutes later and the guy upfront was busy on the phone taking other orders.Crickets in the kitchen is all I heard. When I told him who I was he went to the back and started making the order. I?m sorrybut that is unacceptable. Some of the guys that I work with have done the same thing and placed orders ahead of time. Most ofthem had to wait to get their order filled. I figured let me try it on my own because sometimes people exaggerates situations.Sorry to say this but shape up your business otherwise might not be around much longer. Read more
Apparently there are new owners. The original guy sold to Sergio?? Went downhill FAST in the last few weeks!!! They couldn't... make a simple Italian sub with a minor request. I went in and they had to remake the whole thing, wrongly again. It was soggy,looked like they put it together with a weedeater and was very light on meat. I called to ask for a better job this time and awoman with a heavy accent gave me attitude like it was my fault I wanted something made right. She started to blame her kitchenstaff as being incompetent or something but by this point I decided an extra 5 minute drive would be well worth it to eat from amuch better sub shop. Their once good business name is now mud. LIES!!!!! I did not order a "wet" sub. It had no oils nor anover abundance of veggies. I never gave you my name when I called in to ask you to do better. So you do not know who I am andyou couldn't possibly have any recollection of my order. Except if you do remember, you had to actually remake it twice while Iwas standing there in front of you. Spin this anyway you want but you lost me and all my co-workers as customers at the veryleast,,,, and hopefully I've made potential consumers know you are mediocre at best and will make up lies to try and cover yourinadequacies. You had your chance to make it up to me on my phone call but chose to blame the consumer and while also callingyour own staff inept. Nice management skills. Read more
Called before 11 am and placed an order, was told it would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. Reviewed phone number twice with the... guy on the phone who mentioned the regular delivery lady was out. We always make sure they have our phone number because theydon?t seem to be able to find our suite, other deliveries have no problem. Have ordered many times from this place and tipgenerously. Called at 11:35 because the order hadn?t arrived, they had written down one digit of the phone number incorrectly. The guy on the phone offered to bring it when delivering another order, however a lady took over the called and refused. Shewas very rude and unhelpful, stated we could come pick it up because she was busy. Not a good way to handle the situation, buta great way to lose a customer. We don?t need to order from there again, many options available in Fort Lauderdale. Read more

Placed an order by phone. Distinctively requested no onions on 1 of the 2 Philly Steak and cheese subs. While awaiting my order... it was handed to me stapled and I reminded server of my order. He took the order back to correct. ALL YOU DID SIR WAS WRITE ONTHE BOX NO ONIONS ????Yes I'm posting pictures. Also I'm driving back for a refund. Update! Yes i did call and the ownerrefunded.
