Passing by this place a few times while driving through Las Olas Blvd, it always seemed busy. We were in the mood for pizza but... we?re also particular about where we eat it. We decided to give Luigi?s Coal Oven Pizza a shot. Glad we did, because Itsatisfied our craving! Like most places on Las Olas, it?s crammed but had some character and ambiance. The parking lot was tightand found myself constantly glancing outside to see if someone was going to dent my doors (people are so careless) so that tookaway from the experience. But I appreciated the free parking and the large outside patio area. It was nice to be able to dineinside in the a/c as well. The place is very busy with takeout, door dashers, and sit-down diners. We ordered the 12? pizzamarinara, but had to ?add? cheese for an up-charge, which is silly in my opinion. We also decided to try the 10 piece wings. Thefood was good with the pizza being the highlight. It came out hot and fresh. You could really taste the olive oil, garlic, andbasil. The marinara was perfect and that added cheese put the pie over the top. The wings came with grilled onions which was afirst for us and the taste from the rosemary was strong. I wouldn?t order the wings again but not because they were bad. Theservice was solid with the staff being attentive and friendly. It?s a decent spot that we would recommend if you?re in the area. Best Italian restaurant I?ve ever been to in my life. Alfredo is delicious, chicken parm is delicious, sauce is delicious, pasta... you can tell is cooked same day, and pizza crust is great. I live 40 minutes away and I?m going to keep coming back which is1:20 min. Read more

Wanted to have a quick takeout pizza ???? while visiting Fort Lauderdale and decided to go to Luigi's which happen to be also... one of the closest pizzeria. The server was great at recommendation, I got the margarita and mushroom truffle pizza, both ofthem were fantastic. Both pizzas were gone in 8 mins once I got home ???? First time ordering here. Wanted to try it because it had decent reviews! Very pricey if you ask me. $7 for fries and they... barley give you any fries and on top of that, they have no salt or anything on them. We got the Fried Buffalo Mozzarella andyou would think for $15 you would get more than 3 but guess not. Will say the Fried Buffalo Mozzarella was flavorful and good.Pizza is average though. Unfortunately, there are better places near by. Places that actually give you more food for the priceyou pay! I'm a huge review person, so figured I'd share my experience for other people! By far the best pizza spot in town, no exaggeration. Whether you?re a local or just visiting Fort Lauderdale, this is definitely... a place to dine at. Be sure to try their specialty ?Truffle Pizza? with goat cheese, it?s amazing. I?ve tried several otherthings off the menu and nothing disappoints. Staff is always professional and attentive. Be aware that there is a rather smallparking lot. It?s a quick parking experience but chances are it will be full upon your arrival on a Friday or Saturday night. The go to Las Olas pizza place! Pizza ingredients are nothing short of fresh and staff is attentive and friendly! Another... positive aspect is the easy in and out parking right in front something that most other neighboring locations are not going tobe able to offer on this popular strip! I watched a YouTube review on this place from Dave Portnoy and decided to stop here for a pizza. We sat outside and the weather... was nice. Ordered a personal 8 inch cheese pizza for $5.99.
