Food was good drive thru cashier needed customer service training
KFC is fire but the employees here are so incompetent it blows my mind. I keep stopping from buying here because they dont... listen and get my order right then i try again randomly and they mess it all up again i just dont get it. If i order uber andask for 8 hot sauce packets with my $25 of chicken - and u see it - why do you give me 2?!? I would not order this without hotsauce and 2 doesnt cover half my meal. I would be cursing on here if google would post it. its really ridiculous - YOU ALWAYSMESS UP. I ALSO HAVE NO STRAW. WHY THE CONTINUED PROBLEMS AND WHERE THE HECK IS MANAGEMENT?!? Just left there and Service was rude. They weren?t busy at all but became impatient because I was taking some time looking at... the menu. While looking, someone working there said ?You know there?s a menu you can look at inside.? So I ordered somethingfast. When we paid, they just gave us the food without saying a word. No thank you or anything. On top of that, the food Iordered was dry. I didn?t get their names but what terrible customer service. Read more

It wasn't great, this was the second time I ordered from this location for curbside pickup and they didn't gave me a complete... order. Twice there were missing items. Then I took a couple of seconds to check my order and sure enough there were three itemsmissing. One of them open the window and said that we had to live because they were running on time. She talked to us verydisrespectful and made us feel as if we were begging for food. Instead of buying it. I'm not going back to this location. Read more
The people were friendly and the chicken was cooked well. However the employees standing around could lift a finger and clean... something. Everything from glass on doors, tables, and floor in front of registers were dirty and gross. I had trouble eatingmy meal after seeing the dining room. I could only imagine how gross the kitchen is. Regular KFC closes too early. But when you want that taste it works
