Best hidden gem in SE Florida. Restaurant is gorgeous inside with a new build and authentic culture decor that matches the type... of food served. Service was amazing from the time we walked in until the the time we left. The pricing is extremely reasonable. The food is spectacular, thoughtfully plated, and authentic! Some of the best Peking Duck I've had, owner stated that it takestwo days to make it. Sushi was fresh and the quantity is substantial. Loved everything about this restaurant and you can tellothers do on a busy Thursday evening. I highly recommend it and I'm looking forward to trying the Ramen and Boba tea next timeas everyone raves about it! Read more

The Peking duck was amazing. The crispy skin and tender meat with the duck pancake and other ingredients was a perfect match! ... The spicy ramen was on point! Their broth, pork and even the spicy paste are all house-made. Definitely recommend to everyone totry it! Read more

I really enjoyed my visit thanks to Yelp Ft Lauderdale. I would've never find out about this hidden gem. Its located right... inside a public parking garage. I wasn't aware there were actually an array of small stores because the area was super quiet. When I arrived, there were only a couple of patrons there and one of them I knew. I actually didn't mind that it was quietbecause I wanted to just chill and try their food. I got the Scallion pancakes to start with and they were very good. Nice andtoasty and tasted yummy. As for the entree, of course, I had to get their signature Tonoksu Ramen. Wow! The 10-hour broth wasto die for. Plus the noodles were made fresh. I could tell by the elasticity. They didn't break apart. I was impressed by thissoup. I can't wait to come back someday when I'm in the area. I just wish they have beer or wine or sake to go with the meal.Otherwise, the quality and good service are enough reasons to check them out. Read more

Five stars for having one of the best ramen I’ve ever had in south Florida. Searching for an authentic ramen place in south... Florida can be a daunting task. I was fortunate to found Ichimora. Conveniently located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Ichimoraserves a varied menu with delicious items including boba tea. On my first visit here I had pork ramen, lychee green tea, andspring egg rolls. Everything was delicious. The place is absolutely charming and homey. The people running the place were so niceand attentive. I totally recommend this place! I know I’ll be going back over and over again. Read more

Delicious food, exceptional service, and a great ambiance. This spot feels a lot like you’re in Japan! They have really good... Japanese food staples and some other Asian dishes like dim sum dumplings as well. The highlights of the meal were the chickenskewers, shrimp dumplings, and the pork rice bowl. I also tried a sushi combo that was ok, but the other dishes really stole theshow. The shrimp dumplings were hearty and perfectly steamed. The real showstopper was the chashu pork bowl which had dicedpork, green onion, and a savory sweet sauce on top. So delicious! Also enjoyed the chicken skewers, they were really juicy andhad great seasoning. Everything was tasty and the service was super attentive. Highly recommend this spot for your chashu porkfix. We went for an early weekday dinner. We had great service. We started with some appetizers. -scallion pancake: tasty and served... with a sweet sauce -pork bun- fresh and sweet -veggie spring rolls: freshly fried -pork gyoza: pan seared and served with a soydipping sauce The main event was the ramen. I had heard amazing things, and it lives up to the hype. We tried the Hakata andKogashi Garlic Ramens. Our favorite was the Hakata. The broth was so flavorful. They make everything in house except for thenoodles. We also had the Karaage, which is fried chicken thighs. The meat was super tender. They drizzle two sauces on top. Oneis a spicy Mayo and the other is a secret house sauce. They have indoor seating only. There is no bar area. There is street orgarage parking. Overall, we had a great experience. I’ll be back for the Hakata Ramen. Read more

Saw an Instagram post about the reopening in 2022. Since it’s close to my home, I went ahead to give it a try. This place was... in an unexpected location. The interior presentation was nicely decorated. Since this place just reopened, the menu is limitedand I wasn't able to try some of the signature dishes that they have. My friend and I ordered Karaage Fried Chicken, and PorkGyoza for starters, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and Dinner size Poke Bowl for the main dish. The Pork Gyoza stood out as the style wassomething different than most, it was just like what I had in japan. Both Karaage and Gyoza were juicy inside and crispy on theoutside. Not bad of a starter. The main dish, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, had a small portion size, but the soup base and the textureof the ramen was on point. Could have eaten another one for sure. The Poke standout as the sushi rice was very good. The portionof the bowl was good, but the sashimi again had a small portion which I was cave for more Overall, a hole in the wall place forJapanese style food in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The quality of food was good, I can't wait till their full menu is back up andrunning, and will definitely come back and try more dishes. Read more
