We had a reservation for 6:30PM and were promptly sitted. The place was quite empty at this time, so it's a good time to come if... you want a last-minute dinner or have no reservations :) Our waitress was nice and recommended us the Brussell sprouts, whichwere indeed to kill for. I also liked the little QR code on my cocktail, I won't spoil the surprise of what it points to, but itadds to the experience. The place is very well decorated, and the music was nice. They had a DJ playing which brought a livelyvibe; the music was not too loud, which I really appreciated. Restaurants tend to push the volume up when they have live music, preventing guests to hear each other. Service was friendly and fast. We had the risotto, which, while not bad, lacked a bit oftruffle flavor. That's not unusual for black truffles, but perhaps some truffle oil could help. Overall we had a great evening. It's a place where you can dress up, if you are in the mood, go for it! :) Read more

Great food and atmosphere. The whole place is beautifully decorated. Only issue that tuna tartar was a bit diceiving with the... hidden mound of rice that I thought was straight up salmon. But was till really good Read more

A little good place could've been... but somebody decided to change the menu! The new menu is terrible, very limited with very... few choices and they got rid of the octopus, which was the main reason why I came here in the first place! Update: I had themiso glazed Sea bass and it was excellent! don't listen to the haters that tell you the fish can only be paired with white wine, take a look at the picture of the one we had which goes really well with the fish. The service was also very good! even though, they got rid of my favorite octopus dish, this place is still very good. I highly recommend it! Read more

This place feels classy - well furnished with a nice ambiance. It was good to see a more experienced group of waiters - so... refreshing! The menu is tricky - while we did find most of the food tasty - the flavors on some dishes were way too bold, andthe protein dishes were not generous. For the higher price tag - more is expected; decent table cloths, lower music so we cancarry a conversation without yelling, more food on the plates and a greater selection of items on the menu. One thing I foundamusing: they had no tea to offer :) Read more

I?ll need to come back and write a proper review on the food. Tried the outdoor bar for cocktails on Saturday. The space is very... impressive and you would never know that it was once a church. Very gorgeous decor with high attention to detail. The outdoorbar was just as nice. Cocktail menu was great and the food menu looked even better. Next time! Read more

I never really cared for oysters, but these blew my mind! They?re absolutely amazing. Salmon tartare was fresh and had delicious... flavors. I had the special which was the pork chop. I dove right in and forgot to take a picture but it was the juiciest I?veever had. Highly recommend. Also, the place was super chic and had good vibes. Will definitely be going back. Read more

Went here for a date night with hubby, first of all place was stunning, very chic, love all the decor and the ambience. Hostess... was nice and asked if we had reservations, even though it was like 50% empty. We didn't but she got us a table. Got our menus, our waiter was super friendly and polite, as you can see the menu is very short and limited, prices are high, so I'm expectinggourmet. All other couples seating near by looked annoyed with the menu. We did not like the options, we thought about leavingbut decided to give it a try. First they brought us another table's food, oh boy when our food came it look very disappointingnot a lot of presentation, small portions, we shared the octopus, with some type of beans, it tasted like canned beans and cold, rubbery, husband got the ossobucco (only a few pieces)with overpowering mushrooms sauce he couldn't finish it. I got someseafood pasta where the seafood was "grounded" very clever, not sure what type of quality of seafood ???? sauce was disaster notflavor at all. For dessert we were hoping at least that would taste better but no, tiny donuts were warm but not fresh, did nottaste good at all, Dunkins are better, they had some orange peel so hard one almost broke one of my tooth. Not pleasant, ourwaiter mentioned that the Chef was Italian but his food really sucks! Also brought us another table's check. Drinks are alsoexpensive my husband order rum on the rocks and got charge for the ice besides the drink, completely outrageous. Who getscharged for ice? Never again. They also have a nightclub right next door where the church used to be, awkward! We passed on thattoo! Read more
