Couldn’t believe a dish can be that perfect. Our bartender, Dmitrywas so friendly and fun. He made it like fun night for us.... The chef came to greet us and then later came to ask about our experience. I definitely will come back to this piece of heavnmore often. Beautiful restaurant too. Tonight went there again. Great food and drinks! Pizza was delicious with a great undercarriage , sweet sauce and nice crisp/ no flop just how I like it.... The squash appetizer was awesome and very unique. Probably the best Italian restaurant in Ft Lauderdale in my opinion. Its nestled in this little artsy area of Sunrise. The... outside looks like a warehouse but don't be fooled, the dining room is clean, casual, and modern. Dimly lit and romantic,perfect for couples but they would gladly accommodate large parties. Just make sure to reserve far in advanced if you want to gobetween 6 and 8pm. Otherwise, they're always fully booked especially on the weekends. As far as the food, we always get theBlack Mushroom Arancini, Sweet Long Pepper, and the Squash Blossoms for apps. For the main course, the Mafaldine Bolognese is amust and of course, the pizzas. Must try the Sausage Broccoli Rabe and the Soppressata pizza. They are to die for. Also, alltheir cocktails are well executed. My favorite is the Piazza Vecchia with Whistle Pig Rye and Kelt Cognac. I could seriouslyhave 3 rounds of this fabulous cocktail. I love this place. Food is phenomenal. Great quality and everything is made with love.The service is also outstanding. Very attentive. My fiancé and I have found our new favorite restaurant in South Florida. I’ve been on the restaurant hunt for the past... several years and we found the one. The service was amazing, the food was so flavorful, and the ambiance was lovely. You cantell that the chef was very thoughtful about the flavors of every bite you eat. I highly recommend a reservation a week inadvance as there are very few tables in the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back. We are going to recommend this place toeveryone we know. Read more
Man am I glad we had Christopher as our waiter at the Ritz-he suggested we go to Heritage for lunch. What a great suggestion.... Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The pizza was honestly better than I could have imagined. We have pretty good stuff in Boston butTHIS!? Amazing. I really judge a place by the drinks and the welcome to the jungle and Ginny(hard G) were so good. If I wasn’tdriving I would have had a couple more. Next time I’m in FL I’ll be back. Read more
One word I use to describe this place every time I recommend it: impeccable! I drive from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale to come to my... new favorite restaurant, Heritage, if that doesn't say it all. Although you cannot go wrong with anything here, the stuffed longpepper and razor clams are at the top of my list! Everything I've tried is delicious! The pastas and gnocchi are perfection. Thepizza, and even the special bread I tried once, was insane! Rino treats everyone as though you're a guest in his home and hisstaff is on point. Also, I'm typically a red wine kind of girl, but do yourself a favor and try the espresso martini! Amazing restaurant! They offer simple items but elevate them. Highlights for us were the calamari, Bolognese pasta, tie between... the soppressata pizza and cipolle/prosciutto pizza. Every dish was a hit and eye opening. Friends loved it. Highly recommended! Read more
