Yes, I am reluctantly a Floridian While the above wasn?t by choice, choosing to go to The Floridian was. Usually this 24/7... diner is super busy but still provides quality service and food. I?ve had many meals here but this one was different.Unfortunately, the service was terrible and the food was ?fine? it wasn?t that busy and we waited over an hour for our food. Itwas warm but not hot? I ordered chocolate chip pancakes, @collinsafly ordered an omelette with chili (to the touch is was coldbut the inside was hot), and @amandafriedlandtravel ordered eggs Benedict but hollandaise on the side. Both Collin and Amandaordered grits on the side but they were totally plain, not buttery or cheesy like they hoped for. Nov '21 Read more

Legendary? The place has been there since 1937 on Las Olas? Long time! Tons of pictures, nothing over the top there My waitress... was great on Sunday morning My breakfast was ok Eggs Potatoes and Toasts. Coffee at 4.50$ so you wanna have a few cups. I don?tknow about the rest of the menu but it?s big. Probably too much. I?ll go back. Prices are alright, it?s right on Las Olas Theygot tables outside You can people watch. It?s a cool place, it?s an institution from what I?ve heard. Read more

Loved it. The food was amazing and the price was reasonable, would highly recommend coming here. We had the tuna melt, fried... shrimp, combo platter, and stuffed tomatoes..and all dishes were tasty, and well presented! Even picky-eater kids loved theplace! Read more

This was a toss up. We didn?t wait long to sit but we waited a crazy long time for our food. Our waiter was running around... unsure about things? possibly he was new. When the food eventually came out, it was pretty great. Not sure about waiting solong for it, but taste wise, it was well made and carefully plated. The ambience of the place was great, but they might needsome help in the kitchen. Read more

I enjoyed my Philadelphia omelette with jalapeño in it, but the grits were super dry. Yummy French toasts. My foamy cappuccino... was so worth ????. Fast service with a amazing view. Read more

Service was friendly but the food was just ok. I ordered the blackened chicken Greek salad. Dressing was good but the chicken... was so salty. I love salt but that was a little much for me. Read more

Breakfast was wonderful! Cool, eclectic atmosphere, quick service on a Sunday morning at around 11 am. Food was fresh, omelettes... were huge, coffee was on point. The only reason I can?t give 5 stars was for cleanliness. We may have come just after a rush, but the place could?ve been cleaner. Would try it again though because everything else was perfect. Our server was spunky andfun, and she got everything out quickly. Read more

This place is an old favorite with the locals around here. The food is good. The portions are are big, and the price is fair.... However, the restaurant looks a little rundown on the inside. The restaurant smells of cigarettes. I enquired about it, and no,they don't permit smoking inside. I then noticed that they had an ashtray placed in front of the door and when the wind blew. The smell of cigarettes came in strong from outside. I did not like that. I ordered The Mess. It was like a big omelet withhome fries, bacon, sausages, cheese all mixed in together. It was tasty and good. It came with toast. I enjoyed it. Parkingcan be found all around the area. I found street parking. The restaurant is located at a corner street, so it is easy to findalso Read more
