It literally took five guys to make 1 burger in 15 minutes. Their efficiency was snail speed. The lobby was spread out with... upset people waiting forever for food. 37 minutes between ordering and getting food is absolutely excessive for a fast food place. Also of the two fountain drink... machines- one was turned off and the other only had diet drinks. Staff weren?t in any hurry to fix, and overall weren?t in anyhurry. Read more
This location is very convenient for me. My grandmother was craving hamburger so I mentioned these, she liked them in the past. ... No one in line when I got there, it took them about 10 minutes to give me the order. I had ordered fried no salt and the putsalt. Another 5 minutes to correct. Mine was all the way with bacon and I thought it was pretty good, my grandmother's wascheese burger with tomatoes it looked pretty good. For almost $30 it better had been good. Read more
Excellent hamburgers and even better French fries. Easy parking.
2 times that we order something in this 5 guys and the 2 times the order was wrong. I even had a burger without any toppings... despite the fact that I asked for some. The waiters were nice but forgetful... I can only advice not to order to take away or ondelivery because you can't complain directly to them. Read more
Just like most Five Guys that I?ve been to, this one hit the spot. I just got a small burger with lettuce onions mustard and... jalapeños and it was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection as well as being cooked super fast. I also got a strawberry &chocolate milkshake with Oreo pieces mixed in, which was also great. Very smooth consistency with real strawberry pieces mixedin which is unusual fast food places. Overall, this is a great location !! Highly recommended. Read more
The Five Guys at this location exceed the standard for the Franchise. I love the bacon cheeseburgers here and the peanut oil... French fries. This is a busy location at lunchtime, but well worth the wait. They have peanuts to eat while you wait so if youare allergic, stay far away. This place is a must if you are looking for a good burger and better fries. Read more
I order delivery in app and they sent food from this location which was far from my home. I called to try to cancel. When I... called they transferred me to a call center and the lady had not clue what to do. After she messed that up. The ?manager?chantel said she would send a shake for my inconvenience I gave in. When my food arrived the did not know what apt #. And thebag was wide open. That?s is a CDC problem and if I do not see my refund like she said I would get then I will be contacting theCDC. Read more
