Fitlife offers great food with lots of variety. Use it as a food plan or just because you don't want to cook. The meals are... healthy and prepared without preservatives and are not frozen. I love that there is no minimum or prescribed types of foods. That I can tailor it to my own needs and moods makes it such a great option. While all of this is great, the best part of thisstore is the friendly, knowledgeable staff that really makes it feel like I am visiting friends, not shopping in a store.
