The meals are boring and unappealing. Completely overpriced for what you?re getting. The customer service is terrible as well.... I cancelled my subscription since I wasn?t impressed with the meals and I continue to get email spam after asking over and overagain to unsubscribe me from the mailing list. This place has quite possibly the tastiest meal prep options outside of Miami. I?m really picky about the way my meal prep... tastes. They had a lot of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I picked one of each meal for the week. I like nine out ofthe ten meals I purchased. Doesn?t taste like plastic or processed. Highly recommend this place! Read more

Was just at the Victoria park location to find out more about the plan. I?ve been shopping around for weeks and just saw you?re... next door to my home. Woman there provided the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Upon going in,she was on her phone, dismissive, and distracted. I was trying to engage to ask pricing, how it works with kinds of food &delivery. She was sighing throughout the entire experience. Will not be back. *update: they told me they would get back to mehere on Google to save face? they never reached out. ** I emailed you multiple times. I facebooked you. I went and left my infoat the front to be contacted. I?m not sure how you did not get my info. I found a great meal prep company. Team is all on itnow. At first the food was great, but over the past year it has really degraded in quality. They also don?t have any options for... setting preferences (i.e I want 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 4 lunches) - you have to select your them manually each week. Andeven if you do, they consistently get the orders wrong / does not match selection. I rarely leave one star reviews but theiroff boarding process is the worst. I cancelled my account and then they still continued to make 2 additional deliveries whichthey have billed me for and they say they will call you back but they don?t. Read more

This is the BEST food delivery service I have ever had. The food is delivered fresh early Monday and Thursday mornings. The... website app is super easy to use to manage your meals and account. My husband and I are incredibly busy, but also think eatinghealthy is important. This solves our meal planning woes completely. The pricing is honestly very fair. The food is fresh,healthy, and a good portion. They also offer a lot of options each week, which I think separates them a lot from other meal prepcompanies.
