In general, Love Einstein Bagels.. However HORRIBLE - 0 out of 10 for management and corporate that are failing this location. ... The 2 star for the staff....Seems employees are doing their best with what they have. The coffee and bagel was perfect! However, the Customer service was dismal at best. The store could use a good cleaning. The... utensil buckets were very stained, the countertops and underneath the drink dispensers were quite filthy as well as the threedoormats. Read more

Ordered from DoorDash this morning. Einstein forgot my shmear despite it being on the receipt taped to the bag. What's point of... bagels without shmear? So the bagels I ordered were useless. I also ordered the turkey avocado bacon sandwich. It came amangled mess, looks like it was dropped on the floor then balled up and thrown in the bag. A large chunk of the asiago bagel itcame on was missing as well. Tried to call the store because DoorDash offered no help.
