Shame on management. How does a bagel shop not have a working toaster? How do they not have a backup toaster? How do they not... replace the toaster after weeks? The menu is misinforming. It started prices under 'bagel + topping'. But that price is justfor the topping. The bagels are priced separately and not on the menu. I know attitude is not always a true representation of a business and half the time, I should not expect excellent service but I... mean, a little charisma goes a long way. My Asiago bagel didn?t have much of Asiago in it When I asked what kind of milk theyhad, the cashier replied back ?cold? They either didn?t have any vanilla flavor for my iced coffee or they just don?t carry it,idk, she just said ?no! options are mocha, pumpkins spice, caramel and hazelnut? on top of that, the machine forces you to tip.I?m sorry, but I just couldn?t, so I had to figure out had to be charged without being tipped. Asked for an everything bagel with eggs and bacon. I guess they don't do that, but they should have told me before I get all the... way to the gate and find a plain bagel. And it's not toasted. Soft and tough like it got run through a microwave. McDonaldsdoes it better than this. Downright the worst coffee and bagel I?ve ever bought. I got the ?avocado toast? bagel, which came with unripe avocado and... wasn?t even toasted. They added expired sweet cream to my coffee order. I went there this past Saturday 8/27 traveling home and I will say this was the worse service I have received in years!! The... line was long, but we were early for our flight. EVERYONE I encountered here had an attitude. The girl who took my bagelorder, was more concerned with holding her conversation with another employee. No smile, no thank you, no nothing. They handyou the food and you are supposed to automatically know that you have to walk to the register. The older lady at the registerwas obnoxiously rude! My son asked her a question about if his apple pay went through, and she mumbled under her breath andmask saying something smart! Then she said with a nasty attitude "why would I charge you twice, that make no sense!?" There isabsolutely nothing wrong with asking and double checking if your payment went through or not so you don't get double charged. The normal response would have been, "no it didn't go through, try it again." I held my tongue from getting angry and replied toher, "Im so confused why you have a nasty attitude" and walked away. TERRIBLE ATTITUDES! Not sure if there was a manager there,there were two employees at a pick up station (a guy and a girl) and they had better attitudes from what I observed whilewaiting on line. Management really needs to look at this place without the staff knowing to get the real experience. People gothere because they are desperate for fast breakfast food before or after their flight. I ordered a large and then received a small. Yet, I was still charged for a large. Furthermore, the coffee tasted TERRIBLE!!!... After my first sip, I nearly had to find somewhere to lose my lunch. I bought my bagels from the Grab, Pay, & Go kiosk because I thought it would be quick but I was wrong. My experience there was... horrible since they had a broken toaster in which you had to press your hand down until the bagel was done.
