My regular OG ladies in the AM be working their tails off to get the drive-thru rolling. But somedays they close inside I guess... because of staffing and that makes the line even worse. Honestly just close this location lol. The staff is so rude, apathetic and completely useless. I recently moved to the area and... gave it the ol three times a charm, every single time it was painful. Always out of basic items which honestly I don?t careabout as much as how ratchet the employees are. Playing music from their phone, eating and drinking at the counter as I ordered,it was pretty shocking. I truly think they ENJOY telling you they?re out of things just to irritate you. The last time I walkedin I was literally greeted by an employee rattling off a list of what they were out of. They treat you like you?re botheringtheir party time - they do not actually do any work. I?ve been a retail manager for over 15 years and I would have fired everysingle one of those employees long ago. They are honestly a company liability. I know it?s probably not a great paying job and Iam not expecting 5 star service by any means but when they?re often out of 80% of your menu items and then they treat you likean annoyance there is a major problem. Like I said, just shut it down at this point, too far gone. Surly there is a districtmanager that needs to be held accountable also. Crazy lol. Read more

Visiting from Georgia I could always count on Dunkin for presentable boxes of assorted doughnuts, they always make sure there is... a good selection that look enticing when opening. At this particular location I was perplexed when the woman handed me a bag ofall plain looking doughnuts that looked like dried bagels. I was embarassed to bring them home to my family. It literally lookedlike a bag of dried bagels. State rd 84 and 9th Ave fort lauderdale. There was no line, it wasn't busy but this woman seemedlike she was rushing us out and forgot our coffee.
