By far the worse service and food I've ever had at a dunkin donuts I asked them to double toast my bagel and they did it three... times and all three time they wouldn't toast it right and everytime they were rude about thier mistakes they were making theyhave plenty of staff but yet they leave you waiting for 10 to 15 mins before saying anything no matter how long the line is Iwill never come back to this location and if you like your order the way you like it an don't have time to waste don't go here Read more

Under Shannel (she said that was her name) her supervision, very rude non customer service neither problem solving skills at... all, I purchase five drink wrong done all the way, I request one of my drink to be change (matcha)since the taste was horribleor wand done correctly, she said she can do another drink but charge me for both since matcha was the very expensive drink onthe store and she couldn?t be able to change it, and she never heard that when you don?t like an item you order you can changeit. She said in top of it she was busy and had no help. She was very rude with her co-worker. One vehicle at the drive thru andonly me at the inside of the store. She was very stress her face was very overwhelming. She looks with no control of what shewas doing. She endeudo telling me the total of the order never change my drink. I was a waste of money $24.00. This location has been sold out of skim milk and Splenda for months now. I keep coming back and being disappointed. I?m not sure... how there is a Splenda shortage but they can?t seem to restock. Pretty sad actually. Staff is nice but no Dunkin? should berunning out of any kind of creamer or sugars in my opinion. Read more
I ordered on my app at 6 am couldn't go inside. I had to walk up to drive thru window. I was told that I would have to wait 15... minutes for an order I saw sitting on the counter.
