Asked for Oreo shake and they literally added 1 small piece of oreo cookie in a large cup of ice cream and blended. No taste of... oreo at all. It was milky taste and literally white shake. No oreo pieces!! I went back there and the guy charged me $2 for asmall side of crumbled oreo. I thought they would give me it as a courtesy. lol no customer service at all. Our family personally enjoys Cold Stone so it is pretty easy for us to enjoy it. Now it's nothing crazy over the top ice cream,... but the locations we have hit up are pretty consistent and delicious. This location is nice and easy to find so we were in andout real quick. The lady that helped us was very nice and the place seemed clean so it was a win for us and a big win for thekiddos. Read more
The rudest people I?ve ever dealt with. The online order was not letting me add multiple toppings so I added it as a comment -... this is what I received upon picking up my order. Absolutely no customer service skills. You couldve told me politely when Ipick up the order and ask if I?d like to pay for it in person instead of assuming I didn?t want to pay. Read more
