I've always been a huge fan of Chipotle, eating there at least weekly for years now. However, I always wondered why this... location was empty around dinner time when other locations have lines out the door. Well, this location has officially grossedme out. A young male employee was putting my order together and his hair was sticking out of the front of his hat. Beads ofsweat were dripping from the hair that was sticking out and almost dripped right into my food. He also changed the guaccontainer while I waited. As he was scooping the rest of the old guac into the new one, the nasty water that the container restsin was dripping from the bottom of the old container into the fresh guac. The water had bits of food and things floating in it.I was absolutely disgusted and will not be back to this location. Read more

I?ve been to this location a few times? I will not be back,Burritos to go are ripped and not edible ? when ordering items off... the menu, bill is not correct. I?m vegetarian, always go for veggie bowl. Arrived to the location and there is no veggies, only meat. Not in the back and not... cooking. Had no choice but get just beans&rice what a sad bowl. I've had the worst experiences in this Chipotle location, yesterday my brother went to have lunch there and one of the people... who make the bowls and burritos was not wearing a mask. I've also been there a couple of times where the employees lock the doorso that no more customers can come in at lunch time, during this time one of the employees even yelled at a lady because shedidn't close the door after she entered the restaurant. Said employee would yell to anyone going out that would let any customerin the restaurant. This week I had the worst experience since I found a long hair in my bowl, the worst thing was that it wasnot laying around on the top of the bowl, no, it was mixed with all the food at the center of the bowl. I will attach thepictures I took of the hair since it was a thick long black hair and it was all over my food, I almost vomited when I saw it andcouldn't continue eating. All people I've talked to about this Chipotle location say the same thing. Customer experience is theworst on this place. I really recommend going to another Chipotle and if you have a bad experience here please report it. Read more

They are out of everything. Forks, hot sauce, vinaigrette, and as you can see from this photo lids! I have never felt like such... a nuisance for wanting to order a burrito. I ordered a burrito, 2 orders of chips&guac (one order to be offered to the driver to be kind) and a drink through grub hub. I... waited over an hour and yes I understand grub hub?s promise window, at this point it was exceeded, also the location was no morethan 10 mins away. The driver handed me one bag reluctantly saying he asked for the other items and they sent him with just theone bag. Only the burrito was delivered and not the burrito I ordered (I ordered sofritas and got fajita veggies instead which Idislike and surely did not order). When I called I was put on hold for 15 mins then hung up on, and when I called back they toldme to call back in 10 minutes... finally I was connected with the Manager who offered a refund but clearly was not bothered bythe lack of service his store is generating.
