On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, I drove 5.3 miles to buy chicken strips, passing multiple restaurants I could have chosen. I was so... excited to taste the tenderness of the strips dipped in the special Chick-fil-A sauce, only when I reached my destination, thechicken strips were under half their size, to the point I thought I ordered from a kids' menu. My customer satisfactionexpectation deflated the air from my tires. I speak assured in my experience because when I received my bag through thedrive-thru, after opening it to check my order, I asked, "what's this?" The thing that got me was the reaction of the employeewho looked at it and was caught off guard by the size of the strips, but what really put a flat in my experience was after thefirst employees' supervisor looked at it, they did nothing. Driving on the flat tire of expectation, this should have neverleft the kitchen. "Chick-fil-A is one of the largest American fast food restaurant chains and the largest specializing inchicken sandwiches." How is it possible to specialize in chicken sandwiches without the main ingredient? This deflatedexperience reminds me of Wendy's 1984 "Where's the Beef?" commercial. Read more
Ordered through the drive-thru line. Was given drinks in a cardboard holder and noticed it was considerably soaked. When I... pulled my drink out to sip, the entire bottom of the styrofoam cup let out and spilled all over my car. This is not the issue;the restaurant management/owner?s response was. I contacted Chick-fil-A and their response was that they?re sorry this happenedto me but not their problem. Considering that the cup was likely punctured and leaking when I received my drink in the soakedcardboard holder, I disagree. My entire console and cloth seats require a detailing to get the sweet tea out of them. Currentlytreating my interior with chemicals to prevent ants and other residue. Poor response from a company that purports to holdcertain values. Obviously accountability is not one of them. Read more
The service was horrible ???????? I told the server it should be better signs to drive within the drive threw, this lady almost... hit my car and also blocking traffic into the major roads. Aniyah told me there is nothing I can do about it. I also had a bigorder I ask right before I pulled off can I have extra sauce she said it?s in the bag, can you move out the way. I have never had anything bad to say about chic fil a their food is always on point. The best salads from a fast food... restaurant. I'll continue going and spending my money because there customer service and food is awesome. Read more
Helpful employees, good lemonade and fries. Chicken very small. Is that the tortilla soup advertised on tv?
The biscuit bread is tender and warm. The CFA sauce is excellent and just right. Very good service!
Took a long time to get through the drive-thru but after all the playing around by the employees , it became obvious why. Also,... could they not spare an extra bag, they stuffed it to the brim so everything would dump out on the ride home. Fries were soggyand terrible (as seen). Read more
This chic file A in Ft Lauderdale on Federal Hwy is DISGUSTING! Trash bags on table, trash overflowing, disgusting dirty... tables. Bathroom floors full of urine. I talked with manager and he didn?t care and continued his business. I will never eatat this Chick Fil A. I sent the photos to Corporate and also filed a complaint to the county so they can inspect and see if anyviolations exists. Read more
