With 3 workers staffing this location, they had no customers out front. I ordered a breakfast sandwhich assuming it would be... quick. They FORGOT to make my order, all the while I could hear the workers talking and giggling in the back. After 15 minutesthe cook saw me out front and came out and asked what I ordered. The bacon and burger was stale and cold. Fries were overcooked. I asked for a fresh burger and they essentially reheated the... same burger. This is not the quality I've come to expect of BugerFi. This is the best option in the AB wing for a reasonably priced healthy meal. The chicken sandwich is a fair compromise for a... lighter/no French fries meal. Usually burgerfi is good so walked all the way to the end of the terminal. They don't do the "ceo" burger with wagyu. So had to... take double bacon cheeseburger and it came dry and without sauce. It was hard to swallow, to taste at all massivedisappointment. Only BurgerKing is worse. Read more
I don?t usually post negative reviews, especially about airport food, but I?d avoid eating here at the Ft. Lauderdale airport.... Burger was just reheated from what they had cooked earlier and the fries are not fresh cut as it advertised on the menu. Second time I've heard to eat here due to limited options at the airport. This is not a real Burgerfi as they are obviously... serving frozen patties and the quality it's no where near the usual burgerfi standard. This restaurant NEEDS floor personnel asit had been completely messy each time I've been here. Tables full of scraps, every bin completely full and condiment packetson floor. We cleaned up 2 burst ketchup packets in different parts of the restaurant ourselves. No one came on the floor theentire time we were there. Hollywood airport location. No burgers until 10, my flight leaves then so got the fries. Generous portion however cooked in... canola oil. I've found canola oil leaves more residue and leaves a definite flavor. Other than that, fine. Read more
