Christina was amazing and super customer friendly. She is a sweetheart and it?s rare to see someone go out of their way because... they care. I didn?t like the burger I got without lettuce and tomato and when I went to go ask her for some she went and hadAaron the cook pass some over. After work I took my kids to this place we were starving. I order 2 burger and kids meal for my junior and forgot to order... french fries, they brought us our meals and I went to the cashier to order french fries cause I love to enjoy my burger withfries, unfortunately 25 min later I never got my fries and asked them for refund and also showed the french fries from the kidsmeal they were overcooked too bad, and I requested to talk to a manager. Long day everything happens, but the manager who?s nameis Aaron was super nice and professional he refunded kids meal immediately and offer us free burger and kids meal, I felt so badto not paying for this and he said that?s alright. I think managers like him is really leading the store to provide the bestservice, service is the most important thing, that?s why I prefer BurgerFi not a mac or others. Not a big fan of burgers but the way they make it here I can enjoy it. And crisi made such a dope shake.
My wife and I came here for dinner, after looking at a few different places. We were originally thinking of picking a nicer sit... down restaurant but eventually said ?screw it, let just get a burger.? We were in the area, so we walked in and got somefood. First bite in, I said ?I don?t regret this meal one bit.? The burgers and fries here are amazing. Freshly cooked and thelarge fry was plenty for my wife and I to share (we?re not shy eaters by any means). Would highly recommend. Great burgers! Read more

Ordered the kids meal burger for my son and it's really a regular size portion which is great for the price. We got tons of... fries and even though they were over fried they were still good and enough that I had some of them. The place was quiet andclean. Read more
