My friend was craving fries so I Googled best fries near me and Burgerfi came up. Am I glad we stopped in. They have awesome... fries plus you can get them with specialty toppings! They have kiosks from which to order, which I can understand because ofthe current shortage of workers. The staff they did have today were good. The restaurant was clean and was not too busy today.Food came out quickly. Read more
Very good - the menu is extensive, the food is reasonably priced, and the service was quick - only reason I wouldn?t give 5... stars is almost all the tables were dirty when I visited. Otherwise the facilities were clean. Read more
This was my 1st visit to burgerfi, the initial reception was excellent, the store?s manager was so warm and welcoming. When he... noticed that I was struggling to choose, he made quick suggestions that I had thoroughly enjoyed. Next up was my server Jev, hewas twice as welcoming and helpful as he quickly realized that I was unfamiliar with a few stuff in the restaurant. He spokewith me about the restaurant helping to understand the way things worked, My service was exceptional, I would definitelyrecommend this restaurant to others. I ordered take-out for the family back in our hotel room; this was an easy walk. Food tasted great, from the burgers, onion... rings & fries to my younger son's grilled cheese (he says it had no crust; bonus!). Wife was very pleased with herbreakfast-all-day burger. Ultimate bacon double cheeseburger apparently does not come with toppings; I was disappointed but themenu doesn't list them so I guess that was on me. Family size fries, urban style, were very good; onion rings were amazing.Service was fine. The card reader defaults to leaving a tip; I didn't mind leaving one, but I think it should be opt-in ratherthan opt-out to prevent accidental overcharged customers. Really disappointed in this place - it just keeps getting worse - i was a weekly customer for a while but after a few bad... experiences i simply stopped coming I figured after 4 mos i would give them another shot tonight @6:15pm, w no customers insidei figured how bad could it be 3 employees on staff that i could see, 2 in the kitchen & 1 girl out front No greeting fromanyone, completely ignored, the young girl working the counter was simply too busy talking on her phone through her earbuds andsimply pointed to the self serve kiosk I placed my order and the only words spoken to me was her saying my name when the orderwas ready, no thank you, didn?t ask if i needed anything else, no ?have a nice night? . . . But they still have the balls to askfor a tip in the kiosk - i have no problem giving Gratuity and I?m generous, but ya gotta do ?something? for it On top of that- you guys have some balls charging $4.95 for this little pittance of fries . . .
