This place needs to be closed down. I wanted my receipt so I can do the survey and she wouldn't give me the receipt with my... order on it so I can the information to report the issue and concern I encountered there. The employee have come up with a wayto keep customers from completing the online surveys to report our experience so i came on this site to report it in hopes thatcorporate will see it. Shame on you all. They didn't even get my order right on top of everything else. I have never been tothis burger King nor will I ever return. Read more

these people have the rudest managers! I spent about 10-15 minutes waiting to get greeted at the counter then when I asked if... someone was taking my order I was rudely answered by someone who claimed to be "the manager" sayign they needed to serve toperson their food first. they weren't busy at all when I was in there I do not recommend this play at all they are horriblepeople behind the counter Read more

There are typically two ladies that work here in the morning. They are horrible. Customer service is not a concept they even... begin to understand. Whoever does the orders is seldom understandable. This place is bad enough that I will find somewhereelse to go. A simple example, just to get to the speaker to order took 15 minutes. There were 3 cars total. They answer "BurgerKing" that's it. Gave them my order #1 with Orange Juice. Long pause, long pause, long pause whatever the amount is was said. Ipull up. They stare. Not a hello or anything. So I stare back. They give me the total, I hand them my card. They walk away.The black shirt lady comes back... "Here" hands me my card and receipt. Walks away. Comes back with a bag sticks it out thewindow, nothing said. I take the bag. Silence. She walks away. Two minutes later she looks back. "Why you here?" I say myOrange Juice. "Oh" she walks away. Comes back with the OJ. "Here". I take it and leave. Where are the basic pleasantries,customer service, quality of service. To insult to injury... the order was completely wrong. Read more

This place is a dump. They should close this location. Register doesn?t work so you have to guess if they charged you right. No... receipt. They said drinks don?t come in large sizes only small and medium. Corporate should be ashamed of this location. Goelsewhere. Drive thru is a priority if you must go. Don?t go inside it?s gross. I've eating at Burger King for over 40 years and this BK service was unacceptable the workers didn't realize i understood what... they was saying being very disrespectful and the order was Disgusting cold as a Winter day and ask for onions rings and she saidI can't change the order from Fries. I feel BK really need to Train them better and with that being said your loss a good Customer this happened 3 time and at 3 different BK's Read more

Hours say they close at 6pm but was told at the drive thru at 5pm that they were closed. Drove around and saw employees in... there- definitely enough for a closing shift. Update your hours online or have the district manager look into this. You?realready missing out on budget due to restricted hours.
