I must say I been visiting BK a lot lately due to the customer service I have received from Starquesha and there is a light skin... lady that works the drive through at nights that has been giving excellent customer service and making sure the food is fresh. Ididn't like this BK cause it was always a problem with my order and they were very rude but lately I have only had goodexperiences dealing with these ladies. I had to give them a good review. If you can avoid going here, please do. And the new management Ms. Alex, doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I... watched her mess up orders and go back and forth with customers just to be completely wrong EACH time. Thing is, she doesn'teven apologize. She cuts her eyes and goes on a rant in creole through the kitchen. I ordered online and when I got there Iwaited 15 mins before they started making my food. When I got it, it was missing cheese. I asked for the cheese to be put on andwas told, i didn't order cheese because it wasn't on the receipt she had. This was the same thing she had just told a customerwho ordered meals in the drive-thru and didn't get his fries. He presented his receipt and she said, "Well it wasn't on mine"and turned away. My receipt was online so I had to leave because the service was bad. I returned minutes later with my receipton my phone. She started going on about well I don't see it and finally checked the register/computer. Goes back and forth withme when I just wanted what I paid for. Said it's the system fault and walks off. I waited for fresh food that they werereluctant to make. Ms. Alex brought me my food incomplete, so I had to wait for my onion rings. I got them asked for napkins andzesty sauce. She walked away and told someone else to do it. I spent 45 minutes at BK today and trust they will never see meagain. BK just a heads up, Leadership is important, her team follows her lead. Starkiesha was my cashier in the drive through and she gave me excellent customer service, this was the first time at this... location in a very long time, I was greeted with a smile, she made sure my order was correct and fresh like I asked for as wellas moves the line quickly, I had to ask her what her name was to make sure she gets the kudos she deserves for a minute Ithought I was a chick-fi-la. I live near here and ate here several times. The lack of a line and customers during what should be busy hours says it all.... Served me stale bread and a dry whooper twice. Disappointed on many other occasions as well. Stay away from this one. Read more

Well, where do I begin? Unprofessional employees? Filthy bathroom? Lazy, surly, defunct version of what I have seen in other... Burger King Corp restaurants actually!! I have been trying to be patient with this restaurant being the fact that it's locatedin a undeserved community that doesn't deserve subpar services or blatant lack of customer service and they are taking fulladvantage of this situation and cheating hard working people in this community of great service clean restaurant andprofessionalism! Now if this restaurant was located shall I say in on the beach; oh my goodness wouldn't the demeanor be asdifferent as day and night! Ridiculous! I'm sorry it's hard for me to give a bad review on people, but this shift cashier could use a retraining session specifically... the customer service, in the edge of being rude. No smile, no eye contact. Flies all over the restaurant and nobody seems tocare or even notice. Read more
