I forget name. Spanish name, Jose? Worked Saturday 7/30/22 evening going into Sunday. Communicating to me about my order and... verifying what I had requested. Extremely accommodating he basically treated me (the customer) like your suppose too. Veryhelpful, informative and he patiently let me ask a ton of questions regarding my order. Hopefully since he representsBaskin-Robbins at a extremely professional level. I really hope he is being taken care by Baskin-Robbins the actualcompany. Anyways. Good job. Went in after a night of fun with my mom. My mom is disabled and on a crutch due to breaking her hip. I went in and my mom said... she needed to use the bathroom. Due to past surgeries my mom cannot hold her bladder very well like some young people are. Mymom went to the bathroom door they said we could NOT use the bathroom because I needed to have a number off of a receipt. I saidI would gladly buy ice cream as we are there for it anyways. But she denied saying she needed me to purchase something. The"manager" said this to me, short hair and all. Eventually I bought two cones after receiving poor service already so my momcould use the bathroom. The "manager" would not acknowledge us the entire time and a polite young man served us. Only then afterI had paid, she said for another young woman to open the bathroom door for my mother. After going back into my car with my mom,they let a stranger off the street walk in and opened the bathroom for him. No purchase before hand! Absolutely unacceptable andterrible. If I were to report this to the Americans with disability, you would be shut down. Absolutely horrid service. Read more
What a let down on service. A young man was working the ice cream counter with a middle aged lady that seemed to be his boss. He... was super slow and was clearly new and had no idea what he was doing but was asking for help. The lady was rude to him and shortwith him, seemingly exasperated that she had to show him things. Then when it was time to check out it took like 15 minutes tofinally pay for our stuff because the register on the ice cream side wasn?t working. I was instructed to go pay at the Dunkin?Donuts side and there was only one girl there swamped making tons of drive thru and to go drinks. She was hustling and workingas fast as she could but man. They are understaffed and need to get some people hired and trained ASAP. Read more
Love this modern location! I just stumbled upon it wanting Baskin-Robbins on a late night adventure. This location offers and... displays way more on the menu than others. Another thing that also makes this location unique is the corner back table has twowireless charging spots. Read more
