Came here when another restaurant we had chosen smelled awful and we left. What a FANTASTIC surprise! The 3 of us loved it and... the food was just delicious. Service was exemplary (Nico was an incredible server!) and we could not have been more impressed.There are a lot of choices on Las Olas and this is the best one we have tried. You can't go wrong. I look up the menu online and was very excited to try this place! First of all I want to say that the did an amazing job on the... decore and atmosphere!! We start our dinner with 2 drinks Negroni and a spicy mamacita! Very good delicious and wellpresented! We order the provoleta, it was really good… ( besides the point that they advertise on the menu heirloom tomatoesand was just a regular tomato, most people would not notice but if you advertise you have to delivery) …they also offer youbread with a chimichurry ( canola oil… far away to be make with olive oil … very disappointed ) Everything went south whenour steaks arrived… My husband ordered a short ribs with truffle fries (wasn't short ribs was strip ribs ) I ordered a filet… My filet was a end cut and was cut in the wrong way… have a oil taste… it was terrible… The ribs was not what weexpected at all… and the fries was far far away to be truffle … I never complain… but if you call yourself a STEAKHOUSEyou should offer a good stake … and it was definitely not the case on this place! 3 starts for the drinks and the server foodwise 1 star would be enough! One of the best experiences I had l in an Argentinian restaurant in South Florida. The service was impeccable, the food was... perfect and the ambience excellent. Classy and versatile restaurant. A beautifully designed restaurant with friendly staff. We went for the happy hour, I had the Malbec Sour… so yum! I ordered... the Mini Tablita Baires, which were sweet breads, chorizo, and an empanada of your choice. The sweet breads were perfectlycooked and crispy, the chorizo and empanada were also great and were served along delicious salsa criolla and chimichurri. Iordered the provoleta and two orders of the blood sausage (all eaten before pics could be taken). Both were delicious along witha glass of the house Malbec.
