Waited almost 20 mins for a delivery order to be told at 9am that they was sold out of donuts. It never fails they are... completely out of everything between 9 and 10. Why are they even called Dunkin? Donuts if they never have donuts!!! Read more

Burnt bacon avocado bread...wasn't even toasted and sprinkled with sugary stuff. Tasted like broken dreams and empty promises.... Most of the staff looked confused when dealing with online orders. They told me someone must have taken my online order when Iarrived...I guess they got the better bacon avocado toast. Read more

The service has declined significantly. You wait 10 minutes in line to order just to be told their register is not working. ... Kiosks are up 50% of the time. The previous workers were friendlier. A waste of 25 to 30 minutes each morning for a coffee doesnot seem worth it. Read more

Excellent donuts & breakfast sandwiches. Service and staff are great. Coffee is another plus. Recommend. It's worth the... visit to Fort Know. If you're not current military, be sure to get your visitors pass beforehand. You can get them at the thevisitors center . I believe it's Chaffee Gate. Read more

The manager Kaitlynn is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to both customers and employees. Have seen her at both stores... on Fort Knox. Never heard anything but complaints about her and I?ve never heard anything but negative things out of her mouth. Don?t recommend this store. Read more

I'm downgrading my 5 star review from a year ago to a 2 star because service and taste has gone downhill. Drinks taste good at... least 50% of the time which is good, but I always order decaf and several times have been told it's not decaf, do I want them toremake it. Yep. That's why I order on the app, so it's ready (and right) when I go to pick it up. Now I verify everytime thatit's decaf because I never see the employee that would let me know anymore. The hot/warmed food I've ordered is always burned(most recently hash browns and chocolate croissant) and they never have chocolate cream filled donuts. (I asked if Dunkin' quitmaking them and was told no, their location just doesn't usually have them unless they have them.... Um, okay.) Most of theemployees are nice, but the manager is always unpleasant. It doesn't matter if I've asked her a question or just watched herinteract with employees, she seems to have a bad day everyday. Lastly, for now, the Baskin Robbins ice cream prices posted wereincorrect for over a month. I ordered a single scoop that was supposed to be 2.59 and after tax it was over $4! When I askedwhy, I was told the prices changed but they haven't updated their board yet. The next 2 times I was in the food court area, theystill hadn't changed the price. Today it finally was. If the next closest Dunkin wasn't up in Louisville, I'd never come back.The frequency of my visits has definitely lessened for sure though! I walked in and Zoey greeted me with a smile. I asked howher day was and a machine had broken down and I could see it had made a mess, but nonetheless, she was pleasant and cheerful thewhole time. Service was fast and my drink is great. Except for them not knowing about Steamed Almond Milk like I get in NYC, they were ok. Very courteous and welcoming. No long... wait but that may have been due to the time of day. Very clean store. Would definitely revisit if/whenever I return to FortKnox Army Base. Read more
