You have one person working the line during a lunch rush in the middle of the week. Poor planning, poor schedule... Long wait.... All your food on the line looked old. Up charges for side of tort, queso and gauc. I'm sticking with QDOBA. Better food, bettervalue, better price. Read more

I had an Uber eats order and they forgot my chips but no my Queso witch I don?t understand and, one of bowls for made... incorrectly and I made a new order a couple days later (today) and I tired to call just to ask them to double check it so itwasn?t wrong again but, you can?t even talk to a person when you call. First time I called I said I said I wanted to talk to amanger to make sure this order doesn?t get messed up because my other order was and, instead of letting me talking to a human itasked if it was a pick up or delivery and then what delivery service I used. Just to tell me that if it was messed up and I useda delivery service I should message the company through that app instead. When all I wanted was to make sure my order would bedouble checked and not made incorrectly again. So I re-called and I said I was calling to put in an order to try to talk toperson and it said ?I can?t take your order, what?s the first thing you would like? so I hung up and tired to call again all Isaid is ?I want to talk to a human? and it said along the lines of I need more information to better assist you because thestore is very busy and employees can?t not answer every call. Its honestly ridiculous that I can?t even talk to person when Icall, probably won?t be ordering from them again just off that experience. Read more

Terrible service... what has happened to this company? Went from being my favorite food to another corporate scumbag company... canabalizing their customers and calling it something it ain't. Glad I sold all my shares of this company a year ago. They willhave 10 employees sitting in front of the store doing nothing and leave the customer waiting without providing any reason. Read more

Not very happy with service today. I usually order online and then call and request them change the rice to plain rice because... I can?t eat cilantro. It usually isn?t an issue but, today apparently it was because instead of telling me when they sent myorder they just wrote on the lid of the bowl that they didn?t have any rice. Read more

Professional workers, good food, love the burrito bowls and the different combination choices to make your food personal to you.... Problem.....if you expect to order online to have your food ready when you get there to pick it up.....forget about it. You willget your food faster if you just come in and order it.
