Would give it a zero star if I could. Waited an hour for our food just for them to tell us they never got an order from us. We... had the receipt and everything. Better be getting a refund. This place should be shut down. Terrible service and the cleanlinessis horrible also. Read more
Absolute worst experience at a subway EVER! Pizza was undercooked, then overcooked to the point my two year old said it was... "yuck" and it was hard as a rock! Another associate was in the back not helping the employee in front who was obviouslystruggling. There were customers behind me that got there at the same time and were waiting over 30 minutes just to start theorder and had to be there another 25 minutes STILL getting their food made. This Subway store is one of the worst I've ever been to. The employees don't care and barely function. They are never at the... front of the store and actively avoid waiting on customers as much as possible. Rarely friendly when they do show up and a verylimited menu to boot. AVOID THIS STORE. Ordered online. The order wasn't right got 4 with banana peppers , ordered 3 with banana peppers and 1 without. They was steak... and cheese . Monterey cheddar shredded. There's was no cheese on it. Read more
I went in around 3:30 Tuesday Sept 29th 2020. It seemed like it was the end of this employee?s shift.. So I understand... she... must have worked a long day. She was cleaning something up from the floor and said ?you?re gonna have to give me a second.?which was fine. But she was walking slowly around the entire walmart front grabbing paper towels, moving carts, etc. beforehelping me. Then she didn?t seem to have any urgency while making my sandwich. She was very rude while making my sandwich andduring checkout..afterwards I asked for a slushee.. which she slammed and spilled alllll over the counter. She handed me napkinsas if I was supposed to clean it up. Which I ended up cleaning. She didn?t apologize at all for the bad service or the spillingproblem. Probably won?t return to this location. Literally the worst subway I've ever been too. They made a couple mistakes which is fine. What wasn't fine was the employee... saying "whatever" because i asked her to switch out my bread for one that wasn't burnt when they made It! I watched the samegirl clean up then put gloves on WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! Extremely not Ok! I call today to make sure the manager knows whather employees are doing and I got a million excuses. Next time I want to pay 8$ for a sub I'm definitely going somewhere else. Read more
