Definitely wont be going back. First off we ordered Large shakes 2 burger meals a kids meal and a 10 pc nugget. They gave us... small shakes we had to go back in for the larges. Then they put all the honey in the bag but no nuggets had to drive back up forthe nuggets and do you think theyd give us fresh ones, nope it was the ones we ordered and they were cold. They want $15 an hourbut cant read to get an order right. Read more

I haven't been to McDonald's in over 6 months due to something always being wrong with my order. This time was no different. A... quarter pound deluxe comes with lettuce and tomatoes....or it's supposed to. Sweet tea is supposed to be well....sweet. Thanksbut no thanks. I'll continue not eating here. Read more

What happened to customer service?!?!?? I had ordered a breakfast sandwich a few weeks ago and got all the way to work to find... the wrong sandwich. I called them and they sent me coupons in the mail since I could not come to get a replacement while atwork. I go back today with my free medium meal coupon I had gotten in the mail. I get home and find raw onions on my burgerinstead of dehydrated.., I do decide to drive all the way back. When I get there I go inside. the girl asks them to make me anew one and asked me ?anything else?? I said can I have the fries with it? She said ? oh you need new fries too?? I responded?ugh yeah these are ice cold now? she puts a fry in a bag and hands me the bag no burger. I said ? can I have fresh fries withmy burger?? I proceed to stand there another 10 minutes.. the manager says ? let me check on that??. the kitchen didn?t evenmake it yet!!! He waits for the burger and then puts JUST the burger in a bag and tries to hand it to me!!! I?m sorry but how isnot common sense to not just replace the fries too!!! Especially from a manager!! There was absolutely no organization in this store. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order, the gentleman ahead of me was still... waiting (for 2 sausage mcmuffins, which the lady 3 orders after him got the same thing and had hers in 1 minute) when I finallygot my food, after asking the manager what is going on and why it takes so long. And she had an attitude towards myself and theother gentleman who hadn't been served yet. Read more

After waiting 10-15 min in the drive through, all of my food was barely above room temperature. The person that took my order... was very nice and friendly though. The wait was just ridiculously long. Read more

So I get out of work after midnight some days and I have to drive home 30 minutes. It has been hours since I ate last, so I... crave a snack. I my neighborhood I have the convenience of a 24 hour McDonalds, and a speedway. I can only stomach so manytaquitos in a week, so I veer off into the driveway of Mickey D's. As I pull up to the speaker I'm greeted with the voice ofsomeone who has been interrupted, and she makes me feel like I am a burden. She barks out, "We are not accepting app orders,debit or credit cards at this time, only cash, thank you come again." So I, knowing I have cash to purchase the meal, start toorder. When there was not a response I politely asked if anyone was there. She apologized and repeated what she said the firsttime. I told her I have cash and repeated my order. This woman told me that the Frappe machine is down and they're not makingthem. I replaced the Frappe with a strawberry shake, and again, the machine is down. First of all, I know there is not a Frappemachine, perhaps a blender to chop up the frozen coffee, but to insult my intelligence, that is just not acceptable. She gave mea price and to "go to the first window." When I arrived at the pay window, I told her I wanted to speak to her manager, and shesaid "I'm the manager, what do you want?" I instantly knew I was getting no where with her so I drove off. I tried to call thecorporate office and make a complaint, but was told that franchises are individually owned and operated and I should contact theowner. The polite and helpful corporate worker gave me a way to reach said person. This happened, where I was treateddisrespectfully, several times in the past couple of months. This McDonald?s is spot on when it comes to accuracy of orders and quality of the food. The fries are always fresh and the Coca... Cola just hits a little different here for better of course. They?re always busy but it?s a McDonalds worth the wait for. Thestaff is friendly and it?s also one of the few McDonald?s that has decent space to sit. Read more

???? Great open and welcoming environment,clean & well maintained (new modern McDonald cookie cutter look) Management and crew... very hospitable and welcoming; they also play a personal part in enforcing/practicing social distancing guidelines by askingguest's to be seated while they personally bring you're order to the table. All in all this is the first McDonald's that I havebeen to in a LOONNGG time where I did not have a rediculous wait ,nor where I had to worry about ANYTHING ????????????????
